ABOUT SAAS & THE ARTIST

Studio Art & Soul began as a way for me to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of my own world — but it grew into something much more meaningful. Over time, I realized my favourite part of creating wasn’t just expressing my own story… it was helping others express theirs.
Today, Studio Art & Soul is a way for you to imagine, plan, and dream up artwork that truly belongs to you. You bring me your ideas — a photo, a memory, a beloved pet, your home, or even a vision for a room in your house — and I bring it to life with intention and heart.
Whether it’s a mural for a special room, a watercolor illustration of your pet, a custom canvas of your home, or unique studio props, I work one piece at a time so every commission receives my full presence and care.
Most of what I create is custom-made because I believe art is most powerful when it’s personal. I love collaborating with people, listening to their stories, and shaping artwork that feels warm, emotional, and uniquely theirs.
Studio Art & Soul isn’t just an art business — it’s a collaboration. It’s where your ideas meet my creativity, and together we create something that brings beauty, connection, and meaning into your everyday spaces.
I’m Maxyme — an artist who found clarity, grounding, and purpose through creativity. Art has always been my way of understanding the world and myself. It helped me express complex emotions, reconnect with my values, and rediscover the parts of me that feel most authentic.
With my BA in psychology and background in teaching tiny humans, mixed with a deep love for nature, mindfulness, and human connection, my work blends emotion with intention. I create slowly and thoughtfully, making sure each piece reflects a feeling, a story, or a moment worth holding onto.
Whether I’m painting a mural, crafting a watercolor, or working on a custom commission, my goal is always the same: to create art that resonates. Art that feels warm. Art that makes a space feel more like home.
My journey has shaped the way I create — with presence, sensitivity, and soul. And through Studio Art & Soul, I’m grateful to share that with others in a way that feels meaningful and real.
